I have my routine down to atleast once a week...(gone a month with only 2 fast food meals)

But today has been equally bad for me!!!! I spent the whole day doing routine things but around 4pm i started feeling fatigued...I tried to shake it off, changed into my gym clothes and headed off to the gym for a run and some cardio!!!!

You wont believe it but i was sitting at the last light right before you turn into the gold's gym parking lot and this wave of fatigue just came right over me so bad and heavy!!! I was feeling light headed and just weak all around...I turned my car around and came back home!!!!

I suspect this happened because i had a very weak lunch

Ps..Saturday i got so F@cking drunk on vodka i passed out for a couple of hours right beside my bed. My girlfriend slept on the couch because apparently i told her i would probably throw up all over the place in my sleep! so when she found me sleeping on the floor she was pissed off!!!!
I think i need to lay off the vodka for some time!!!

About once a year I will go to McDonalds or Hooters and guaranteed every time I will go home and be sick as shit because I'm not used to that crap.

managed to go to the gym, run 1.3 miles (which is big for me) came back home
and had to politely refuse some of my girlfriends dinner and ended up only eating the fried fish she had prepared along with the tuna sub i bought on the way home..(she doesnt cook shit so you can imagine how terrible i felt after)

Now its 2 am, cant even find a wink of friggin sleep!!!! (not even one!!!) been watching PBS, they had a nice docu on the decline of european fisheries, (scary stuff folks, we are running out of fish in the sea)

This is really odd being that one should be good and tired after a nice work out and sleep should not be this friggin elusive!!!!

I just saw that 'Super Size Me' movie , where the guy eats every meal at McPuke's for a month...I have stopped cold turkey after that

Kind of sad seeing what is served in school's nowadays too - by the time kids get to high school and beyond they have been bombarded with junk, it's no wonder we have an obesity epidemic

Nah man!!! I like her but we are not together so to speak!!! Plus this weird shit has been going on since last saturday night when i had too much vodka and she is still hitting me over the head with that binge drinking!!! So its not like she was that upset with me!!!

But regardless, a man should be able to find a good nights sleep after a nice work out at the gym!!! Shouldnt be up watching PBS and typing on this forum unless lines have just been released and i have games i am capping!!!

It is sad that society is so obese, and its starting earlier...schools should force nutritional education on the kids...why is this not a regular course?

What is more important than what we eat?

I like the Cajun naked strips at Popeye's. No breading means very little fat or carbs. The dipping sauce is good too.

The one thing that I can't eat anymore without getting deathly sick from the grease is GYROS. Tastes good, but doesn't feel good. Too many french fries will do it as well. A gyros and fries and I'm in the bathroom all night. :monsters-
